Getting out of a lease?

I have 12 months left on my lease for a 2005 VW passat glx 4-motion. I'd love to get into a Touareg V6 (it's so awesome!). So far, I haven't had much luck with the dealer (Fred Beans and Wynn in PA). VW has won their class in several races, with the Touareg 5 cylinder diesel. I think it is the US buyer mentality of always wanting more HP that would conceive of a V10 for that vehicle. I bought two of them, poor, poor me. Upon driving out of the dealership in Aug 2005 the problems started. 1) 60-80 mph vibration A. Tires? B. Balancing? C. Wear? D. Alignment? E. Driveshaft? Once the weather cooled down here in Late October early November, I opened my sunroof and immediately heard horrible air feedback like a helicopter was landing on top of my car.
