Hi all, I bought aftermarket HID kit to install on a 2008 Mitsubishi Outlander ES 4WD (Canadian model) and it won''t turn on. I tested the ballasts and bulbs in another car and they work just fine so it must be something with the car's way of handling the circuits.. Any idea? Please help :) thank you Read More...

I don't think forum rules allow to mention actual dealer names but I think I can mention the cities :P Try dealerships in Rahway or Sayreville, talk directly to managers, pit dealerships against each other. Where are you located? Here in NJ you can drive away with a 2008 Outlander at $3500-4500 below MSRP without much problem. My local dealer already offers 2009 Outlanders below invoice price.One thing about Mitsubishi dealers is that they are internet challenged, best bet would be to go to a dealership physically and just talk to the manager and I am more than sure ... You may find the problem by causes elimination. (1) Balance the 4-wheels (2)-You may conduct 4-wheel alignment i.e. toe-in (3)- Brake disc (rotor) may be deformed (4)- Caliper may be seized, etc.(5)- wheels may be skewed (6)-suspension arms may be loosed, etc. When taking your vehicle for alignment ask for pre and after computer listing of alignment values, ... Thanks for the feedback, Solowalker. I agree. Mitsubishis are great cars with a great tradition which is little known in North America. Their SUVs are sought after in many parts of the world for their reliability and ability to drive through almost any conditions mother nature can conjure up. I am looking for a 2008 Outlander XLS, 4WD with Luxury, Sound & Sun, and Navigation packages. It’s a hard find in Southern California as Mitsubishi has cut back production and 2009s are coming out any day.
