Review

Feels more powerful than a v-6. Mpg slightly less than advertised. Pleny of room for 5. Front cup holders awkward to reach. Some road noise but should be expected w/ suv.

Favorite Features

Leather seats, response, great acceleration and handling.

Suggested Improvements

Cup holder location too low.

Review

This is my second Honda and second pilot. I traded my 2004 for this 2007. I love the dependability and workmanship. Rides great. 3rd seat best value of any I have been in.

DVD, AWD, safety features.

Auto-dusk lights on.

Review

I have almost always driven Hondas, have never had any problems with any of them and the pilot is no exception. I traded in my 04 CRV which I loved, was going to get the 07 CRV, but decided the new version was a lot smaller and I wanted something bigger for all my kids stuff. Drives well, quiet, smooth ride, lots of room inside, I have heard lots of complaints about mileage, it's an SUV people! I have been getting 20-21 mpg on the hwy, I drive mostly highway with cruise on a lot.

Favorite Features

Heated leather seats, xm satellite radio, folding 3rd row, large cargo space with seat down, reliability. One of the safest cars on the road which is important to me.

Suggested Improvements

Illuminated steering wheel controls, auto locking doors.

Review

I've been driving my new 2007 EX Pilot for 3 months now. It has good power and acceleration. Very smooth and comfortable ride. Very good stopping power. A bit of body roll but it's fun to drive. Solidly built, roomy, very good interior.

Favorite Features

Smooth and comfortable ride. Cavernous space. Solid build. Generous standard safety features incl VSA, side curtain airbags. Comfortable driving feel. Electronically controlled A/C.

Suggested Improvements

Fuel economy. larger tires.

Review

Just got an 07 Pilot EX-L RES. It feels very safe, the handling is very impressive. Having owned a couple of big and small SUVs, I was amazed by the fact this car does not feel like a "flipper", with the pilot I don't get those butterflies in your stomach when you take a turn or going over the bridge and it's windy. The interior is very stylish, the XM rocks (one of the things I thought I didn't need untill I had it). Already got a chance to drive it on the snow handled very well. Lots of space, easy to fold third row seat. Lots of cup holders, cargo space, and lots of space in the front to put those items you always seem to have lying around in the car, sunglasses, tissues, maps, etc.

Favorite Features

Radio control in the steering wheel, heated seats, XM radio, very comfortable, great for long trips.

Suggested Improvements

The choice of both DVD and navi. Chassis could be a bit more stiff. Can't really complaint about MPG after all it is an SUV. FP seat should be electric and memory seats would be great.

Review

I test drove a Honda Pilot, then a couple other SUVs, my 7 yr. old son got out of the Nissan that I drove and said "Gee Mom, that was not as comfortable as the Honda", he was right! They really put some thought into designing it. I have owned my Pilot for 6 months now, and I really enjoy it!

Favorite Features

Comfort, rear entertainment center, fold flat 3rd row seat. Most of all the safety features and ratings. The clear tail lights are sharp.

Suggested Improvements

I agree that the cross bars should come standard, and the doors unlocking when you turn the car off would be nice.

Very little power and not enough joy in driving the vehicle, way too much money for the fit and finish of it when you really look at it up close.

Favorite Features

Size is very spacious.

Suggested Improvements

The whole vehicle itself and the cost of ownership is too high with everything that goes worng with it.

Review

After a lot of research and many test drives, the Honda Pilot was the one that grabbed my heart. I always did like Honda because they are generally very reliable vehicles. I love the interior design and the comfortable ride the Pilot offers. It really fits all of my family needs.

Favorite Features

All of the storage in the center console, the large amount of trunk space, and it's just really fun to drive.

Suggested Improvements

I would've really liked to have auto locking doors when vehicle is in motion and to see the trunk door self close if you accidently don't close it hard enough.

Review

I looked at almost every vehicle out there before deciding on the Honda Pilot. I couldn't be happier. The suv/car does everything right. It's a major improvement over my 2004 Dodge Durango (lease ended)- it's quieter, quicker throttle response, more comfortable, and mostly more fun than most of the vehicles that I looked at, including Nissan Murano, Dodge Magnum, Chrysler Pacifica and especially my Dodge Durango. I love it! and I have already suggested that my friends test drive it to see for themselves. I got a really nice lease deal on the car which helps me say a lot of nice things about it.

Favorite Features

I would say my favorite feature is the actual character that the car exudes... it has a personality of its own that I can't explain but I like it. However, if I had to point out one favorite feature it would be plushness of the cloth seats and an engine that wants to get up and go!

Suggested Improvements

This car is ready for some major improvements including the availability of remote start, more legroom for the driver, and better gas mileage. Also, the warranty should include roadside assistance like most car manufacturers.

Review

Just got my new EX-L on 3/15. I love it. I had some accessories added, like wood trim, towing package etc. It looks and feels like an Acura, for a lot less. I like it better than our Highlander. It could be quieter inside, but all in all a very good buy.

Great Nav and audio system. I love the XM.

Quieter interior.
