What We Know

The 2011 Chevrolet Camaro convertible will essentially be just like the concept, a coupe with its top chopped off. The powertrain, suspension, brakes will be unchanged from the coupe, so expect a small block V8 on top models and a V6 for the base Camaro convertible. Production is expected to start in late 2009.

It's a long ways off, but the 2011 should be worth the wait if it looks anything like the concept.
