CTS Coupe and Wagon
Interesting find in that UAW document. Even more interesting are the two "Zeta" products for 2011. It has been said that only Zeta could be modified to be large enough for a full sized premium RWD product. I guess now we have our answer on the new Cadillac flagship. This is what the new diesel will be when it arrives around 2010. The 2008 Cadillac CTS had its world debut at the Detroit show in January, but Cadillac saved the news of a new diesel engine for the CTS for the Geneva show. Ooh I definately share your enthusiasm. I would LOVE a 2010 Cadillac CTS coupe with the 300hp and AWD. Right now that's probably my dream car (other than a CTS-V coupe AUTO. But since the V probably won't be automatic I'd 'settle' for a CTS coupe w/AWD. Read More...

Mark, I would look for magneride to be available on the CTS-V or later be available. Next time I talk to Cadillac I will offer it as a product suggestion. Cadillac, has said they worked hard to get the suspension right. The G8 GXP/GTX based off the Holden Commodore HSV will have Delphi's Magneride system and it's adjustable FYI. ;) This should perhaps give us a clue ... Read More...

And what would want to entice me to buy this car? No doubt the CTS will appeal to diehard CTS fans, but I think Cadillac will go under when BMW releases it's tri-turbo 345i model slated as a 2010 model. New Caddy web site and 2006 CTS-V
A few notes... The new Cadillac web site is awesone. Great job to whomever did it. It's generally well organized and easy to find what you want. The broadband movies everywhere are a great enhancement. I notice in the 2006 CTS-V pictures that there is an exterior photo showing a wheel that isn't offered as an option.
