2008 Cadillac CTS

08 CTS fully loaded is over $50K

You guys misunderstood me, I’m not a Cadillac basher, and I already earned $3,500 credit in my GM MasterCard toward the purchase of a new GM car. If I wasn’t interested in buying the 08 CTS I wouldn’t take the time to calculate how much would cost. Matter of fact I was about to buy 2006 CTS, then I found out that Cadillac was redesigning it. I thought the new model will ... Read More...

Some details on the CTS Infotainment System

Not sure if everyone here has seen this yet (been up for a few weeks), but it provides some more detail regarding a few of the features. I think the most unique is the 60 minute audio buffer. Check it out: http://crunchgear.com/2007/06/26/hands-on-with-the-cadillac-cts-infotainment-system/ Read More...

Re: 2007 CTS Lease Info Request [bcj0915]

Here's the information that you're looking for, bcj0915. GMAC's current base lease rate and residual value for a 36 month lease of a 2007 Cadillac CTS Bose Edition with 12,000 miles per year are 3.95% and 54%, respectively. The numbers for an otherwise identical 48 month lease are 3.95% and 45%. As you can see, GMAC publishes lease rates instead of money factors ... Read More...

Re: Help Help on 2007 CTS Lease [kushner]

Hi kushner. This car's lease payment will depend upon what sort of selling price you are able to negotiate on it. The dealer invoice price of a 2007 Cadillac CTS Bose Edition with the Luxury Package is $34,138. For now, let's assume that you are able to get this car for $500 over dealer invoice. $34,138 + $500 - the $1,700 lease cash that is available on this model right ... Read More...

Cadillac CTS: Quality that lasts?

CTS Quality is great!

My CTS is 5 years old and has about 54K miles. It's been one of the best cars I've ever owned. My engine goes 7500 to 8000 miles on an oil change with just a slight tint to the oil. There is almost no change on the dipstick measurement between oil changes. My Goodyear tires have 36K miles on them and could go another 10 to 15K before replacement. They were originally replaced ... Read More...

Re: When? [oldranger1]

I have been told -- by folks right here on this very site, that my belief in the new higher prices for the '08 CTS are unlikely. I believe the new CTS will be, tit for tat, several thousand dollars more (at MSRP) than the outgoing CTS. I want to be wrong. The content of the new CTS as outlined and detailed, in some cases, on the Cadillac web site (the micro site) is a step ... Read More...
