I have a Cadillac 2006 CTS 2.8L V6 . It has 35,184 miles. The Dealer qouted me $615 to replace front brake pads and rotors. I called around other Brake shops like Tire Kingdom and they qouted me $354. Should I trust that Tire Kingdom qouted me the right parts for my vehicle and that they would be just as good as the dealer parts? I priced the brake pads and rotors from the ... Read More...

hello, there is nothing wrong with the cts, I have a 2006 I have owned it for 1 year and 7 months! the problem I did run into were bad vibrations as a result of the tires! there is a bulletin out on the good year tires they put on the cts! I have had the tires replaced a couple of times after arguing with cadillac and the dealership for about a month or so I requested a different ... Read More...

Here's some recall info for the CTS owners out there...I'm glad no pictures were on the site! General Motors has announced the recall of 276,000 vehicles. The recall is due to a faulty pinion seal, which can cause fluid leaks. The recall affects the 2005-07 Cadillac CTS, CTS-V, SRX, STS and STS-V; 2006-07 Pontiac Solstice; and 2007 Saturn Sky. I have had two CTS cars a 2003 and 2006 with sport apearance package. The 2003 had the rumbling from new which led me to have an inspection done at 50,000 miles leading to a new rear end installed (at factory expense). My 2006 had rear end leaks replaced three times and finally they replaced the complete rear end (12,000) miles. The 2003 was in the shop (I am not exagerating) ... Read More...
